Phase 1 Almost Move-In Ready
The first building of the new Columbia Gardens Apartments should see its first residents before the end of the year. Construction is moving quickly. Much of the Kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, and tile work has been completed. Phase 1 construction will be completed by the Spring.
Building framing for Phase 2 is underway; some of the building roofing has been completed, with Tyvek wrapping ongoing.
Final bids have been received for the abatement and demolition of Phases 3 & 4, with work beginning in December 2023.
