August 11 - Notice of Tallahassee Housing Authority Attorney Client Meeting

At the Tallahassee Housing Authority Special Meeting of August 4, 2022, attorney Larry K. White pursuant to Section 286.011 (8)(a), advised the Tallahassee Board of Commissioners that he desires a meeting for advice concerning the litigation of Hill & Gabriel v. THA, case number 4:22 cv 225 in the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Florida.

An attorney-client meeting is scheduled for August 11, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in a public open meeting at the Terry Fregly Community Center located at 2940 Grady Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32312. The persons attending shall be the entire Tallahassee Housing Authority Board of Commissioners: Chairman Kendall Jones, Vice-Chairman Dr. James Moran, Commissioner(s): Walter Kelly, Cassandra Brown, Courtney Atkins, Reverend Julius McAllister, Tallahassee Housing Authority Attorney(s) Larry K. White, of Larry K. White, LLC, Jack L. Mclean Jr., of McLean & Company, LLC, and Executive Director Tallahassee Housing Authority, Brenda Williams. The meeting will be recorded by Phipps Court Reporting.
