New Affordable Apartments Coming Summer of 2026

We are super excited to announce the Tallahassee Housing Authority and Elmington Capital closed today on the financing to build 158 affordable apartments on Lake Bradford Road! The $50.5 million project is scheduled to be completed summer 2026. We are looking forward to building a community we can all be proud of!
