Tallahassee Housing Authority Software Conversion

Dear Landlords and Owners,

The Tallahassee Housing Authority recently acquired new software to enhance the administration of the Housing Choice Voucher program. The transition to the new system has encountered some challenges in payment processing, which we are actively addressing to ensure prompt resolution.

Should you require any assistance with payment-related concerns, kindly email Marco Moo Young, and we will respond promptly.

One of the new software features includes a landlord portal that will provide you with access to your payment information. This feature will be available within the next few days. You will receive another letter explaining how to access the portal. Your tenants will also have access to a portal that they may access as well.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused during this transition. We kindly request your patience and anticipate the conversion will be completed within the next 30 days.
