Phase I anticipating a Spring 2024 completion!

The first building of the new Columbia Garden Apartment construction is moving quickly. Grading is ongoing of curbs, gutters, sidewalks and asphalt paving. Building I is rapidly completing tile, cabinets, countertops, flooring, plumbing and siding installations.

Building framing and roof for Phase 2 is completed. Tyvek ongoing

Phase III (Sebring & Bates) a letter of recommendation given to THA, contract is pending.
